Availability

You can rent this holiday home from 15 January to 15 December for a minimum of 2 nights. During school holidays, we only rent the house per week.

Outside high season (see description in adjacent section), it is also possible to rent the house for 4 people (i.e. 2 rooms).

Let us know which period you wish to come + the number of people and we will provide you with the availability and the adapted rate for your stay. 

The proposed rate includes ...

  • bedlinen for the number of rooms booked
  • bath linen for the number of persons reserved (1 large towel, 1 small towel, 1 guest towel, 1 flannel & as soon as temperature permits, 1 beach towel per person) 
  • kitchen linen
  • water & electricity
  • use of washing machine and tumble dryer
  • use of all electric appliances in the kitchen + American fridge-freezer with ice-cube dispenser in the pantry
  • use of the garden and all its accommodation: kayaks, canoe, motorboat, life jackets, bikes, BBQ, garden furniture etc...
  • use of Wifi, TV, DVD-player, CD-player, etc...
  • 1 cot (travel bed type up to 6kg) and 1 high chair
  • during the 'colder' months use of the central heating and the built-in stove, sufficient wood available in the cellar

Do you value your privacy?

You rent this holiday home with your party, even if you rent it for 6 or for 8 people. No other guests will be present in the house. The number of rooms available will correspond to the number of persons/rooms booked by you.

Rate

This holiday home can be rented from 6 people, i.e. 3 rooms. Maximum occupancy: 10 people (5 rooms). The price varies according to the number of rooms. We distinguish 5 periods:

  • low season: February & March - from* € 140/night
  • April (Easter holidays): from* € 160/night
  • mid-season : May & June; September & October - from* € 160/night
  • high season: July & August - from* € 185/night
  • winter: November & December - from* € 185/night

Deposit: € 500 per stay

Tourist Tax: max. € 3,2 pp per night (for age +18)

Final cleaning and houskeeping service fee at the end of your stay: €275 per stay

1 pet up to 10kg allowed: €35 per stay

Important to know

  • no nightly noise from 21h out of respect for the neighbours and the quiet character of the village  
  • the house is a non-smoking environment, thank you for respecting this
  • your pet is welcome, just remember to throw its excrements in the bin bag
  • we count on your help to sort waste correctly
  • thank you to leave the house 'free of crumbs' at the end of your stay
